Result
In less than four months, the cloud-based Odoo applications were activated and customised, which, by dialoguing with Planet Soluzioni's existing sales force management and e-commerce solutions, allow new processes to be activated and/or existing ones to be improved.
The training of administrative staff was completed quickly thanks to Odoo's intuitive user interface, allowing full use of the new features and significantly reducing the manual handling of administrative and marketing operations.
